Speech: Foxes

Their hair is long and they have a long bushy tail and pointed ears. I’m going to talk about what they eat, and how they raise their young. Foxes eat rabbits, small rodents, birds, frogs, earthworms and carrions which are already dead. They also dine on berries and fruit. Foxes pretty much live on every continent except Antarctica. They live in all sorts of places and are flexible where they put their burrows. The dens contain more than one entrance and exit. They often take over the dens of other animals such as skunks, groundhogs, and similar ground-dwelling animals. Before mother foxes gave birth they line a section of the den with grass. They hunt for food at night and eat a wide variety of things. They look after their young in dens and they sometimes take the dens of other animals.
